Hello everyone! This is Red Velvet's leader, main rapper and main dancer, Bae Joohyun or Irene. I'm a tiny ball of energy standing at a rumored 161cm tall but all our fans say I'm shorter than that...life is tough at times. I'm from Daegu and I trained for five years before making my debut with Red Velvet. If you haven't heard we are now a five member group! Which is awesome because our new maknae brings so much fun and light to our group. Please support our new song Ice Cream Cake and all of our sunbae's comebacks as well. I'm the most playful member of the group and I love to joke around. I'm also the most flexible member of the group and I scare Wendy with the way I sleep. I don't sleep with my eyes open! Don't believe what they say! I really like to give people hugs. I think it's because I'm so small, I fit perfectly into their arms! I'm an eating machine because I hope that one day I will grow taller but I'm already twenty five years old...so I don't think that will happen anytime soon. Are you guys surprised that I'm twenty five? Do I look older or younger? My current worry right now is not having any fat on my cheeks. My face is so skinny. Is there any way to gain weight in the face? Some of my hobbies include playing basketball, even if I'm not the best at it. Reading books, watching TV, painting, and cooking.
